- *Key Responsibilities:**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Utilizing arenaflex's data entry techniques and processes to enter patient and medication information into our system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Handling patient medication requests, entering top-off orders, and investigating missing prescription data, including deciphering clinical abbreviations (SIG codes).
- Settling all data entry-related issues, including special cases, and resolving patient inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Providing support to pharmacists, both in-store and remotely, and identifying and escalating issues to senior-level staff as needed.
- Acquiring a dynamic professional license or certification within the first 90 days and maintaining a valid license or certification.
