- *Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Placing a high volume of outbound calls to customers to schedule appointments with our automotive partners, providing exceptional customer service, and building relationships.
- Assisting customers with inquiries about products and services, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
- Providing individualized customer service of the highest standard, responding to customer concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Building the interest of customers in the products and services offered by arenaflex, promoting our brand and values.
- Maintaining and updating our customer database, ensuring that customer information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Providing feedback and insight regularly on the effectiveness of policies and processes within the services and contact center department.

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be working in a remote environment, with the following physical demands:
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. to support training simulations.
