What You'll Do in This Role

As a Customer Service and Inside Sales Representative (Property and Casualty) working remotely, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional experiences to our clients' customers. Your daily responsibilities will include:


  • Active Listening and Needs Identification: You will actively listen to customers, ask thoughtful questions, and identify their unique insurance needs. Understanding their situation is the first step to providing tailored solutions that truly protect what matters most to them.

  • Expert Insurance Guidance: You will advise customers on various plan options, coverage levels, and pricing structures. Your expertise will help customers make informed decisions about their Property and Casualty insurance, ensuring they have the right protection at the right price.

  • Efficient Enrollment Processing: You will process new enrollments and amendments accurately and efficiently. Your attention to detail ensures that every customer receives their policy documentation promptly and correctly.

Essential Requirements


  • Active Resident License: You must possess an active resident license to sell Property and Casualty insurance in the United States. This is a non-negotiable requirement for this position.

  • Residency: You must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence. This is a remote position, and you must be able to work from your home office within the U.S.

  • Education: A high school diploma or GED is required. Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.

  • Language Skills: You must be fluent in English (written and verbal). Bilingual candidates (Spanish/English) are strongly preferred and may receive additional compensation.

  • Background Check: You must be able to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen, in accordance with federal law and company policy.

  • Work Authorization: Only applicants who are legally authorized to work in the United States will be considered for this position.
