### Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Executive at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism.
  • Offering support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies.
  • Collaborating with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies.
  • Entering new customer information into our system and updating existing customer information.
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests as needed.
  • Identifying and escalating priority issues, directing cases to appropriate resources.
  • Documenting all customer interactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
  • Utilizing computer technology to handle high call volumes and to navigate software applications.
  • Working with the customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
  • Closing out or opening call records & compiling reports on overall customer satisfaction.

### Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
  • Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
  • Comfortable using computers.
  • Experience working with customer support is a plus.

### Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, or customer service).
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
