Position Overview
As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will be the face of our organization, representing our brand values in every interaction with customers. Your primary responsibility is to create a positive, welcoming, and efficient shopping experience for every person who walks through our doors. From the moment a customer enters until their successful checkout, you will be instrumental in ensuring satisfaction and building loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

- Delivering Exceptional Customer Experience: Greet every customer warmly, offer assistance with products and services, and ensure all interactions leave a lasting positive impression. Address customer questions and concerns promptly to guarantee satisfaction.
- Professional Checkout Operations: Operate the sales register with accuracy, process customer purchases efficiently, collect payments correctly, and provide accurate change. Handle voids, returns, exchanges, and refunds professionally and in accordance with company policies.
- Sales Support and Product Recommendations: Suggest appropriate products to customers, recommend complementary items, and upsell when appropriate to enhance the shopping experience and drive sales.
- Store Presentation and Merchandising: Maintain clean, well-organized counters and displays. Assist with setting up promotional, seasonal, and sale merchandise displays. Complete resets and updates as directed by management.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, assist with receiving and pricing merchandise, and ensure accurate inventory records. Support product rotation using FIFO (First In, First Out) methods to minimize waste.
- Compliance and Asset Protection: Adhere to all state and local regulations regarding controlled products, including alcoholic beverages and tobacco items. Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize shrink and protect company assets.
- Photo Department Support: Provide assistance in the photo area, including digital passport photo services, banner printing, and creative machine operations. Offer special photo products to customers when applicable.
- Online Order Fulfillment: Manage online orders by monitoring the Picture Care Plus system, picking items for customer orders, and delivering orders to customers upon their arrival at the store.
- Store Maintenance: Assist with internal and external store upkeep, ensuring a clean, tidy, and professional appearance at all times.
- Policy Adherence: Follow all company policies and procedures, maintain respectful relationships with team members, and complete special projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements
Essential Requirements

- Availability: Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
