As a Customer Service and Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • **Answering Incoming Phone Calls**: Respond to incoming phone calls from members, resolving their inquiries and ensuring quality service.
  • **Cross-Selling Credit Union Products and Services**: Identify opportunities to enhance member relationships by cross-selling credit union products and services.
  • **Assisting Members with Automated Services**: Help members navigate our automated services, ensuring they have the support they need to manage their accounts.
  • **Complying with Regulations and Completing Account Transactions**: Complete account transactions efficiently and in compliance with regulations.
  • **Training Other Service Center Employees**: Share your knowledge and expertise with other service center employees, helping to ensure a seamless and high-quality service experience.
  • *What is Required (Qualifications)**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • **Minimum Educational Requirement**: A High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • **Related Experience**: One to twelve months of related experience, including call center or branch experience.
  • **MSR Certification**: Must be MSR Certified or complete Certification within 3 months of hire.
  • **Basic Computer Operating Skills**: Proficiency in basic computer operating skills and intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • **Effective Communication Skills**: Ability to communicate patiently and courteously with members.

  • **Previous Experience with Symitar and 10-Key**: We'd love to hear from you!
  • **High-Speed Typing Skills**: Ability to type a minimum of 35 words per minute.
