As a Chat Moderator, you'll be responsible for ensuring that our online community remains a safe and respectful space for all users. This will involve monitoring chat activity, enforcing community guidelines, and resolving conflicts in a fair and impartial manner. • Delete messages made by users that violate community guidelines
• Ban users who have multiple and repeat violations of community guidelines
• Mute users who have violated community guidelines
• Investigate reports made by users about violations of community guidelines
• Collaborate with our team to develop and implement community policies
• Report any issues or concerns to our management team

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must have a High School Diploma or GED
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
