- *Job Summary:**
As a Customer Retention Specialist – Field Agent, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to current customers, educating them on energy products, and promoting arenaflex's competitive advantage over other energy providers. You'll work closely with other sales representatives to develop collaborative working relationships and leverage your consultative selling approach to drive sales growth. This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive base salary, commission structure, and a comprehensive benefits package.
- *Primary Responsibilities:**
- Focus on retention of current customers by generating other product sales and promoting arenaflex's competitive advantage
- Utilize a consultative selling approach to increase customer awareness of choice and effectively close sales
- Ensure quality and accurate representation of products, representing arenaflex professionally and providing an exceptional customer experience
- Maintain detailed records of sales activity via CRM technology on an iPad
- Develop collaborative working relationships with other sales representatives to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction

- *Minimum Education, Experience, and Requirements:**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's license with a good driving record, a reliable personal vehicle, and auto insurance coverage that satisfies the minimum requirement for the state
- Must be willing and able to visit with customers face-to-face regularly, with a minimum of 50% of time spent in the field
- *Physical Demands:**
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be able to work outdoors daily with exposure to an outside environment, which includes inclement weather
- The employee is regularly required to drive, sit, stand, and walk; use hands and fingers to operate the iPad; and be able to occasionally lift up to 10 lbs (iPad, training binders, marketing materials, etc.)
