As a Customer Care Specialist, Commercial Insurance, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • **Building and maintaining sustainable relationships of trust**: You'll establish and nurture relationships with customers and teammates through open communication, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience.

  • **Assisting in training customers**: You'll work with customers to ensure they're utilizing our software effectively, providing training and support to enhance their experience.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • **Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer support role**: You'll have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
