- *Job Summary**
As a Customer Care & Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while selling our Connected Home product and other offerings to customers on every call. You'll engage with customers to understand their technology needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements. Your primary objectives will be to evaluate and assist with customer concerns, sell Asurion smart home and other products on every call, explain device capabilities, wireless carrier data product offerings, and company policies, and meet sales and customer experience goals and objectives.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Evaluate and assist with customer concerns, providing timely and effective solutions to resolve issues
- Sell Asurion smart home and other products on every call, leveraging your product knowledge and sales skills to drive revenue growth
- Explain device capabilities, wireless carrier data product offerings, and company policies to customers, ensuring that they have a clear understanding of our products and services
- Meet sales and customer experience goals and objectives, receiving feedback and coaching to grow and improve your performance
- Escalate calls to the appropriate tier of customer service function when necessary, ensuring that customers receive the support they need
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless customer experiences
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends, applying this knowledge to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
- *Requirements**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience and a desire to upsell to customers
- Ability to retain knowledge, learning and memorizing product information and customer information
- Attention to detail, providing care and attention to every customer issue
- Friendly, professional, and respectful demeanor, projecting a warm and friendly tone while exhibiting professionalism and respect
- Flexible and adaptable, able to meet the needs of each customer and adapt to changing business needs
- Organization and multitasking skills, with the ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving skills, with the ability to efficiently resolve issues and meet customer expectations while maintaining a standard of quality customer service
- Dedication and reliability, with a track record of attendance and performance
- Ability to spend 4-8 hours per day sitting and working at a computer in a call center environment (noise levels, using headset 90% of the time)
- Computer literacy, with the ability to type 25-35 words per minute and learn call center software
- Working knowledge of multiple hardware platforms and operating systems (Windows, Android, Blackberry OS, Apple iOS, wireless technology, wireless equipment, and applications)
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Ability to achieve sales and customer experience goals and objectives
