As a Crisis Intervention Specialist, you'll play a vital role in providing telephonic or chat clinical screenings and risk assessments for individuals in crisis. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing telephonic or chat clinical screenings and risk assessments for individuals in crisis
- Assessing crisis contacts via chat/text to evaluate suicide risk and identify community resources
- Conducting follow-up calls for individuals assessed as moderate to high risk for suicide
- Maintaining compliance with ethical and clinical standards as per accreditation requirements
- Participating actively in ongoing supervision, training, and team meetings
- *What We're Looking For:**
We're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual with:
- A Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field, or Certified Peer Recovery Specialist
- Six months to one year of related crisis experience preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate through written, verbal, in-person, and virtual methods
- Demonstrated high-level customer service skills and professional etiquette
- Knowledge of suicide assessments and crisis intervention techniques
