- *Key Responsibilities**
As a Collision Repair Customer Support Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:
- **Work Scheduling Maintenance**: Ensure efficient scheduling and coordination of repair work, minimizing delays and maximizing productivity.
- **Liaison between Customer Claim Specialists and the Body Shop**: Facilitate seamless communication between our Internal Body Shop and Customer Claim Specialists, ensuring that customer expectations are met and exceeded.
- **Vehicle Arrival Preparation**: Coordinate the arrival of vehicles at our Body Shop, ensuring that all necessary documentation and information are in place.
- **WARP and CCC Management Arrival**: Manage the arrival of vehicles in our system, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- **Customer Verbal Exchange and Expectation**: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers are informed and satisfied throughout the repair process.
- **Rental Coordination and Handoff**: Coordinate rental arrangements and ensure smooth handoffs between our team and rental providers.
- **Vehicle Reputation Updates**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of vehicle repairs and status.
- **Material and Components Reordering**: Order and manage the procurement of necessary materials and components for repairs.
- **Repair Overview and Delivery**: Ensure that all repairs are completed to the highest standards, and that vehicles are delivered to customers in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- *What You’ll Bring**
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:
- **Certificate from Vocational School in Collision Repair**: A certificate from a recognized vocational school in collision repair is preferred, but not essential.
- **Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills**: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively with colleagues, customers, and external partners.
- **Ability to Establish and Maintain Cooperative Working Relationships**: The ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with colleagues, customers, and external partners, including the public.
- **Microsoft Office Experience**: Experience with Microsoft Office is preferred, but not essential.

- **Age Requirement**: Must be at least 18 years of age.
