• Moderate the chat of the official Discord server, ensuring that all interactions adhere to our community guidelines and rules.
• Delete messages that violate our community guidelines, including but not limited to:
+ Hate speech or discriminatory language+ Harassment or bullying+ Spam or self-promotion+ Inappropriate content or links
• Ban users who repeatedly violate our community guidelines, after thorough investigation and review.
• Mute users who have violated our community guidelines, to prevent further disruption.
• Investigate reports made by users about potential rule violations, and take necessary action to resolve the issue.
• Collaborate with our team to develop and implement community engagement strategies, to foster a positive and inclusive online environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service to our users, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

• *Qualifications:**

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations.
• Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a remote team.
• Familiarity with Discord and its features, including moderation tools and reporting mechanisms.
