  • Manufacturer Recall Response: Stay current with manufacturer recalls and technical bulletins. Identify affected systems, coordinate remediation efforts, and ensure all equipment meets manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with building performance teams, sharing resources, information, and best practices. Collaborate with managers, associates, and external partners to achieve organizational goals.
  • Needs Assessment: Determine client requirements and business needs while organizing and executing work tasks. Balance multiple priorities while maintaining attention to quality and deadlines.
  • Team Support and Training: Provide guidance, feedback, and support to colleagues. Demonstrate new procedures and help others adapt to changes or new challenges in building controls technology.
