Schedule & Work Environment
Our hybrid work model is designed to provide maximum flexibility while maintaining strong team connections. Here's what your schedule will look like:
- Office Rotation Days: Tuesday, Thursday, and every other Friday—you'll join your colleagues in our modern, collaborative office space in Irvine, California.
- Work From Home Days: Monday, Wednesday, and every other Friday—you'll have the comfort and convenience of working from your home office.

Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the voice of our company, handling customer inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Processing Customer Complaints: Address product complaints and concerns through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat. Listen actively to understand the root cause of issues and provide effective solutions.
- Investigating Issues: Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while investigating customer complaints thoroughly and accurately. Ensure all investigations are conducted in a timely manner to resolve issues efficiently.
- Database Management: Accurately update and maintain customer databases with pertinent details, product information, and case notes. Ensure all information is current, accurate, and properly documented.
- Issue Escalation: Assess the severity of customer issues and escalate appropriately to designated departments or management when necessary. Ensure complex or high-priority issues receive prompt attention.
- Confidentiality Protection: Maintain strict confidentiality regarding caller information and proprietary company data. Follow all established procedures for handling sensitive information and ensure compliance with privacy standards.

Essential Qualifications
