What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities

As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be at the forefront of our customer support operations. Your primary responsibility is to investigate, locate, and resolve customer order issues in real-time, ensuring swift delivery and exceptional service. Here's what your day-to-day will look like:


  • Real-Time Order Investigations: Conduct hands-on, real-time investigations to trace lost, delayed, or misplaced customer orders. Use our advanced tracking systems and communication tools to pinpoint the exact location of packages and determine the fastest path to successful delivery.

  • Direct Customer Communication: Contact customers via phone and email to confirm crucial delivery details, verify addresses, and prevent potential delays. You'll be the friendly voice or helpful message that reassures customers and keeps them informed every step of the way.

  • Delivery Partner Liaison: Act as the essential interface between our customers and our Delivery Service Partners. Collaborate with drivers, warehouses, and logistics teams to identify root causes of issues and coordinate effective solutions.

  • Re-Delivery Arrangements: When problems arise, you'll arrange re-delivery schedules that work for customers, ensuring their packages arrive at a convenient time and location.

  • Issue Resolution: Tackle complex customer concerns with a solution-oriented mindset. Document issues thoroughly, follow up on pending cases, and ensure each customer receives a satisfactory resolution.

  • Data Entry and System Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, update delivery information in our systems, and ensure all case notes are detailed and up-to-date.

Working Hours and Schedule

We understand that flexibility is key to maintaining a healthy work-life balance. In this role, you'll work 40 hours per week on a 12-month fixed-term contract with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs. Our operation hours run from 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM, Monday through Sunday, and you will be assigned variable shifts during these hours to match customer demand.

Your schedule will be communicated at least six weeks in advance, with shift patterns potentially changing every four weeks to accommodate operational requirements. You'll also have the opportunity to work national holidays, with appropriate compensation as outlined in our policies. This role requires a willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed, to ensure we deliver on our promise to customers when they need us most.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:


  • Minimum age of 18 years old

  • Legal right to work in the Netherlands

  • Native or near-native fluency in Dutch (written and oral, minimum C1 level)

  • Strong fluency in German (written and oral, minimum C1 level)

  • Good proficiency in English (written and oral)

  • Intermediate computer literacy—comfortable navigating multiple software applications, email systems, and tracking platforms

  • Availability to work variable shifts between 11:00 AM and 7:30 PM, Monday through Sunday

  • Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and overtime as required
