Position Overview: APAC Marketing Manager
We are currently seeking an experienced and strategic-minded APAC Marketing Manager to join our global marketing planning team. This pivotal role will be responsible for content strategy and campaign management for titles that travel and are promoted across multiple markets in the Asia-Pacific region and beyond. The ideal candidate will have a passion for content, a deep understanding of regional cultural nuances, and the ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional partners across global markets.
In this role, you will serve as an essential part of our worldwide marketing organization, connecting markets and regions to maximize the impact of our title campaigns and initiatives for audiences around the world. You will be instrumental in identifying strategic and creative opportunities that drive subscriber growth and engagement throughout APAC and help showcase exceptional content from the region to global audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Relationship Building: Construct and maintain robust operating relationships with key advertising stakeholders across APAC, UCAN, EMEA, and LATAM regions, as well as with cross-functional marketing communications partners throughout APAC markets.
- Regional Market Expertise: Develop deep knowledge of APAC markets and represent regional priorities and points of view in global forums and strategy sessions.
- Content & Campaign Strategy: Work closely with content and cross-functional marketing partners to evaluate the content slate with relevant data inputs and identify title and campaign opportunities that will drive business impact in APAC and other regional markets.
- Global Title Coordination: Function as the primary point of contact for key global content priorities, socializing titles and projects with APAC markets and identifying opportunities for campaigns to travel and generate measurable business results.
- Campaign Development: In partnership with domestic territory leads in other regions, contribute to the strategic development of priority import campaigns – from upstream planning through to rollout – ensuring campaigns are optimally positioned for success in APAC markets.
- Marketing Strategy Execution: Work closely with marketing teams to define campaign marketing strategies that resonate with international audiences outside of home territories, including culturally relevant positioning, early brief and roadmap development, and campaign deployment timelines.
- Regional Leadership: Serve as an APAC campaign planning lead, ensuring guidance and alignment on campaign strategy, creative excellence, global and local approaches, and rollout across multiple markets.
- Insights & Analytics: Provide APAC regional intelligence insights to cross-functional teams in other regions, including cultural behaviors, trends, learnings, and title performance analyses.
- Project Leadership: Lead select international and regional projects as an APAC marketing consultant, including multi-title campaigns, tooling initiatives, and other business priorities.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the entertainment, media, streaming, or technology industries.
- Proven track record of successful cross-functional collaboration and campaign development in international markets.
- Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to contribute to early decision-making on campaigns in partnership with content, marketing communications, and other cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple regions and functional areas.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Fluency in English is required; additional Asian language skills (Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, Hindi, or Thai) are highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Compensation & Benefits
arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package that recognizes the skills, experience, and contributions of our team members.
