We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team and help us grow our 3P market in the USA. As an Account Manager, you'll be responsible for acquiring, developing, and managing high-value debts that cozy new products, fee pricing, and comfort to our customers. You'll be the face of arenaflex, working closely with our customers to understand their needs and develop strategies to attract key marketplace players to join our ecommerce platform.

  • *Key Responsibilities**

As an Account Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • **Growing a thorough knowledge of the marketplace segment, seasonality, and worldwide developments/activities**: You'll be responsible for staying up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in the ecommerce industry, and using this knowledge to inform your sales strategies.
  • **Figuring out, prospecting, and obtaining high-potential sellers to our platform**: You'll be responsible for identifying and recruiting new sellers to join our platform, and working closely with them to understand their needs and develop strategies to help them succeed.
  • **Guiding dealers through sharing best-practices of online selling**: You'll be responsible for sharing your expertise with our sellers, providing them with the insights and tools they need to succeed in the ecommerce industry.
  • **Taking part with and influencing internal and external stakeholders to recognize and resolve vendor problems**: You'll be responsible for working closely with our internal stakeholders to resolve any issues that may arise with our vendors, and influencing external stakeholders to help us grow our business.
  • *Primary Qualifications**

To be successful as an Account Manager at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • **A Bachelor's degree**: You'll need a degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or sales.
  • **1-3 years of sales experience in a success-driven enterprise**: You'll need to have a proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the ecommerce, generation, retail, or FMCG industries.
  • **Demonstrated achievement in exceeding income objectives using a consultative & solutions-focused process**: You'll need to have a proven ability to exceed sales targets using a consultative approach.
  • **Excellent communication and presentation skills**: You'll need to be able to communicate effectively with our customers and stakeholders, and present our products and services in a compelling way.
  • **Advanced analytical and quantitative skills**: You'll need to be able to analyze complex data and make informed decisions based on your findings.
  • **Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment and be very enthusiastic about success and winning**: You'll need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be passionate about achieving success.
  • *Preferred Qualifications**

While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:
