BRIEF SUMMARY


One of our portfolio companies, is a high-growth, technology-driven organization is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive revenue expansion and strategic customer growth. This role is ideal for a results-oriented sales leader with a consultative approach, strong enterprise selling experience, and a passion for building long-term client relationships. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping sales strategy, expanding market presence, and contributing to a culture of innovation and excellence.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales goals and increase market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
  • Oversee the sales pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting and reporting of sales metrics to senior management.
  • Work with the marketing team to enhance brand awareness and increase market share through targeted campaigns and innovative marketing strategies.
  • Analyze market trends and customer insights to guide product positioning and promotional activities.
  • Identify and engage potential clients through various channels.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities for software sales.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Close sales by overcoming objections and addressing customer concerns.
  • Provide post-sale support and ensure client satisfaction by addressing any issues that may arise.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to foster long-term relationships and encourage repeat business.
  • Track sales performance and report on key metrics, including sales forecasts and pipeline management.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by President.

KNOWLEDGE and SKILLS

  • Deep understanding of the software being sold, including features, benefits, and how it compares to competitors.
  • Familiarity with various sales methodologies (e.g., consultative selling, solution selling) to effectively engage potential clients.
  • Basic understanding of technology and software development to communicate effectively with clients and address their technical concerns.
  • Knowledge of industry trends, market demands, and competitive landscape to better position the product.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate value propositions clearly and persuasively.
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, focusing on their needs and fostering trust.
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management software to track leads, customer interactions, and sales performance.
  • Efficiently managing time and priorities to maximize productivity and complete objectives within deadlines.
  • Capability to identify and address client pain points through tailored software solutions.
  • Ability to create and deliver engaging presentations and demonstrations that highlight the software's advantages.
  • Ability to handle objections gracefully and find common ground with clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications. 

EDUCATION and QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5 years experience in software sales or technology sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Electronic health records, human resources or medical experience is a huge asset

Salary Description

$97,000 plus commission
