About This Role

As an Inbound Sales Representative at arenaflex, you will be the voice of our company, handling inbound sales calls and guiding customers through their purchasing journey. This is a fully remote position that offers the flexibility of working from home while still being connected to a supportive team environment. You'll be responsible for approximately 40 inbound calls per day, helping customers find exactly what they're looking for while creating memorable shopping experiences that keep them coming back.

What You'll Do

Your daily responsibilities as an Inbound Sales Representative will be diverse, challenging, and incredibly rewarding. Here's what you can expect:


  • Handle Inbound Sales Calls: Manage approximately 40 inbound customer calls daily, assisting callers in finding and purchasing their ideal home goods products while providing exceptional customer service throughout each interaction.
  • Review Daily Schedule: Check your schedule in our booking system at the beginning of each shift to stay informed about assigned break times, lunch periods, team meetings, and training sessions to ensure maximum availability and responsiveness to customers.
  • Prepare for Success: Arrive to your shift fully prepared, timed in, approved, and ready to deliver a first-class customer purchasing experience that reflects arenaflex's commitment to excellence.
  • Research Product Information: Contact product suppliers directly to obtain additional information that may not be available on the arenaflex website, ensuring customers have complete details before making purchasing decisions.
  • Follow Sales Processes: Execute the designated Sales Cycle and call stream, which includes asking probing questions, accepting orders, building rapport, and guiding customers through a seamless buying experience.
  • Identify Upselling Opportunities: Analyze customer needs and actively seek ways to enhance their experience by suggesting complementary items or premium alternatives they may not have initially considered that will support their primary purchase.
  • Meet Performance Metrics: As a data-driven organization, we measure success through various operational metrics. Your compensation will be directly tied to your performance against these established benchmarks.
  • Maintain Focus: Remain fully attentive to customers throughout your entire shift, free from distractions, while delivering consistent, high-quality service to every visitor.
  • Adapt to Technology: Demonstrate moderate comfort and skill with technology, including offering exceptional customer experiences, staying current with process and policy changes via email or chat channels, navigating network challenges, and handling unique customer requests.

  • Handle Peak Season Demands: During top season periods, you may be required to work modified schedules and/or mandatory overtime to ensure we continue delivering outstanding service to our customers.

Essential Qualifications

  • Language Skills: Proven ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats.
  • Reliability: Demonstrated track record of regular and consistent attendance, which is considered an essential requirement for this position.

Technical Requirements


  • Internet Connection: Reliable high-speed internet connection with minimum speeds of 25 Mbps (download) and 5 Mbps (upload) to support voice traffic and HTTPS web traffic. A hard-wire Ethernet internet connection is required – WiFi is not acceptable for this position.
  • Workspace: A dedicated work area that is free from noise and distraction, allowing you to focus entirely on customer interactions throughout your shift.
  • Equipment: arenaflex will provide all necessary computer hardware and equipment needed to perform your job effectively.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required)
  • Previous experience in e-commerce or online retail environments
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales force automation tools
  • Knowledge of home goods and furniture categories
