Position Overview

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in organizing, processing, and maintaining critical information that healthcare organizations rely upon daily. Your work will contribute directly to our mission of ensuring data integrity and efficiency across the healthcare ecosystem. This is a remote position, but you must reside in one of the following states to be considered: Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Maine, Maryland, Missouri, Michigan, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Utah, Tennessee, Wisconsin, or Virginia.

What You'll Do


As a key member of our data operations team, you will be responsible for efficiently inputting and processing a variety of data types into our systems. Your daily responsibilities will include:



  • Document Analysis: Carefully review and analyze various documents—including board orders, meeting minutes, press releases, and other administrative records—to identify and extract relevant data for entry into our FACIS database

  • Research and Verification: Conduct additional research as necessary about data sources, including contacting data authorities or reference points for guidance on how to interpret complex documents accurately

  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with management, peers, and stakeholders regarding processes, data acquisition, and transformation activities

  • Process Documentation: Clearly articulate data transformation processes and methodologies to ensure consistency and transparency across the team

  • Project Flexibility: Embrace additional periodical and ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed to support team objectives and organizational goals

  • Independent Work: Demonstrate self-motivation and the ability to work day-to-day with limited oversight while maintaining productivity and quality standards

  • Resource Utilization: Effectively use provided resources and internal knowledge bases to answer questions and resolve issues before seeking assistance from supervisors

  • Performance Standards: Consistently meet or exceed quality and efficiency benchmarks established for the Data Entry queue

  • Queue Management: Systematically complete items within the Data Entry queue, ensuring timely processing and accurate data entry

Education and Experience Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must reside in one of the following states: CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, KY, MA, ME, MD, MO, MI, NC, OH, OK, PA, UT, TN, WI, or VA

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in data entry and comparison work
  • Familiarity with healthcare industry terminology and processes
  • Experience working with database management systems
  • Background in administrative or clerical roles requiring attention to detail
