Essential Requirements:
- Age and Eligibility: Must be 18 years of age or older and authorized to work in the United States or Canada.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Communication Skills: Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills. You must be able to express yourself clearly and professionally in both spoken and written English.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with Windows operating systems.
- Typing Ability: Ability to type swiftly and accurately at a minimum of 20 words per minute.
- Reliability: Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality. Our customers count on us, and we count on you.
- Customer Service Orientation: Natural ability and genuine desire to help others. You should be empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious in all your interactions.
- Background Check: Must be willing to submit to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with fingerprinting. Job offers are contingent on background/security investigation results.

Preferred Qualifications and Attributes:
- Previous customer service, help desk, or call center experience (though not required – we train!)
- Technical support or IT help desk background
- Sales experience with strong closing skills
- Experience working from home or in a remote environment
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Multi-language capabilities (especially Spanish) – always a plus!
