Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced U.S. Employment & Workplace Attorney to join a fast-growing, fully remote U.S. legal services provider supported by an established UK-based legal group.
This role offers flexible working hours, pre-qualified client consultations, and a fee-share model, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality employment law advice without the administrative burden typically associated with private practice.
- Key Responsibilities
- Conduct pre-booked video consultations with clients
- Advise on a broad range of employment and workplace law matters, including:
- Wrongful termination
- Workplace discrimination and harassment
- Wage and hour disputes
- Retaliation claims
- Employment contracts and severance agreements
- Workplace policies and compliance matters
- Manage your own caseload remotely
- Provide clear, professional, and practical legal guidance to clients
- Requirements
- Active North or South Carolina State Bar License (or multi-state welcome)
- Minimum 2 years’ employment law experience
- Strong knowledge of U.S. employment and workplace law
- Excellent client communication and consultation skills
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
