Job Responsibilites 



  • Engage in consultative technical discussions with clients and ensure timely, effective communication with the WuXi Biologics technical team to drive project success and maintain high client satisfaction. 

  • Build and maintain a strong customer network to support long‑term growth.

  • Contribute to technical development initiatives, including process improvements and new platform development. 

  • Partner with marketing to shape strategy and execute sales/marketing events.


 


Qualifications 



  • Doctor degree in biology or related field

  • 10+ years of hands-on in vivo pharmacology experience, with deep expertise in diverse animal models and comprehensive knowledge of PK, PD, and toxicology studies across multiple species, including non-human primates.

  • Excellent communication and public speaking skills in English.

  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and matrix structure


 


 


The anticipated base pay range for this position is $130,000 - $200,000
