  • Proven project‑management capability, including managing multiple high‑priority initiatives, owning timelines, and building effective workback schedules.
  • Strong ability to drive accountability—setting, communicating, and enforcing deadlines with stakeholders, including senior leaders.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
    Benefits
  • Zelis’ full-time associates are eligible for a highly competitive benefits package as well, which demonstrates our commitment to our employees’ health, well-being, and financial protection.
  • The US-based benefits include a 401k plan with employer match, flexible paid time off, holidays, parental leaves, life and disability insurance, and health benefits including medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage.
