  • Network Switch Maintenance: Troubleshoot, replace, and upgrade network switch hardware to maintain optimal network performance and redundancy.

  • Internal Communication and Tagging: Operate within our comprehensive tagging environment that is utilized and governed by various internal cloud service owners and teams, maintaining clear and accurate documentation.

  • Structured Cabling and Fiber Management: Manage structured cabling, implement proper naming conventions, and troubleshoot fiber/copper/telecom links with precision and attention to detail.

  • Power Supply Management: Install, repair, and maintain system power supplies and associated cabling infrastructure.

  • Project Execution: Execute small projects independently while collaborating with your manager to plan and execute larger local infrastructure projects.

  • Asset Management: Maintain accurate asset inventory and update internal tracking applications as needed to reflect changes in the physical infrastructure.

  • Emergency Response: Be available via phone and capable of handling on-site emergencies as they arise, responding quickly to critical situations.

  • Training and Development: Participate in and complete training programs that align with corporate objectives to bridge skill gaps and acquire new, valuable technologies.

  • SLA Compliance: Operate within Service Level Agreement (SLA) timeframes on all tickets assigned to your area of responsibility.
