Position Overview

arenaflex is seeking a talented and motivated Data Analyst to join our Semi program team as an Information Expert. In this critical role, you will serve as the champion of information and detailing, translating complex datasets into valuable, easily digestible insights that drive decision-making across multiple levels of the organization.

You will be responsible for transforming raw data into compelling narratives and visualizations that inform partners, leadership, and clients—both internal and external. Your work will directly impact the optimization of our Semi fleet, enhancing operational efficiency and providing actionable intelligence to stakeholders at all levels. What You'll Do

As a Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our Semi program. Your responsibilities will span multiple domains, requiring both technical excellence and strategic thinking:

• Develop compelling, concise, and clear reports and visualizations that effectively communicate complex data to stakeholders, leadership, and Semi program clients, transforming intricate information into actionable recommendations that drive business decisions.
• Support engineering requests to extract and evaluate data from vehicles to assist with trend analysis, component trials, and service opportunities, working closely with our engineering teams to ensure data integrity and relevance.
• Create automated reports on fleet performance and health that provide real-time visibility into vehicle status, maintenance needs, and operational metrics, enabling proactive decision-making and minimizing downtime.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to establish robust data pipelines, verify data integrity, and ensure the reliability of information flowing from our vehicles to analytical platforms.
• Write clean, tested, and maintainable code that can be easily extended and built upon by other analysts, fostering a culture of shared knowledge and collaborative development within the analytics team.
• Provide strategic data insights to the business development team and collaborate on client-facing materials that demonstrate the value and capabilities of the arenaflex Semi program.
• Analyze time-series data from vehicle logs to identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement in vehicle performance and reliability.
