About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Support Specialist to join our customer success team and help support our growing community of holistic practitioners. This is a contractor position that offers the flexibility of remote work while being an integral part of a dynamic, mission-driven team.
This role consists of responding to support tickets, tracking client payments, hosting live onboarding and support calls over Zoom, and handling various tasks that come up in a fast-paced startup environment. It's a blend of traditional customer service and proactive customer success, making it an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and wants to make a meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Ticket Response & Resolution: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and support tickets, ensuring high satisfaction rates for our practitioner community.
- Payment Tracking: Monitor and track client payments, addressing any discrepancies or issues in a timely manner to maintain trust and financial accuracy.
- Live Onboarding Calls: Host engaging onboarding sessions for new practitioners over Zoom, guiding them through platform features and helping them get started with confidence.
- Ongoing Support: Conduct regular support calls with existing practitioners to address questions, gather feedback, and ensure they're maximizing the value of our platform.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions to improve our knowledge base and team efficiency.
- Product Feedback: Act as the voice of the customer, communicating feature requests, pain points, and suggestions to our product development team.
- Startup Flexibility: Embrace the dynamic nature of working at a startup, tackling new challenges and projects as they arise with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments including marketing, sales, and engineering to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Essential Qualifications
- Minimum 2 Years of Customer Service Experience: Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer support in a fast-paced environment.

- Tech Savvy: Comfortable learning new software tools quickly; experience with CRM systems, helpdesk platforms, and video conferencing tools is a plus.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical abilities to identify issues, troubleshoot problems, and implement effective solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the wellness or healthcare industry
- Background in SaaS or marketplace platforms
- Previous startup experience

Compensation, Perks & Benefits
We offer a competitive compensation package designed to support your wellbeing and reward your contributions:
- Starting Salary: $32,000 - $36,000 USD (contractor position)
