What You'll Do as a Customer Support Crewmember

As a Customer Support Crewmember at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for managing a high volume of customer interactions across multiple channels, ensuring each touchpoint reflects our commitment to excellence. Your role extends beyond simply answering questions – you'll be a problem-solver, a brand ambassador, and a trusted advisor for customers seeking assistance with their travel arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Multi-Channel Customer Support: Handle continuous inbound and outbound phone calls while simultaneously managing digital support channels including live chat, SMS text messaging, and email communications. You'll be the voice and text behind arenaflex, providing seamless assistance across all platforms.

  • Reservation Management: Perform all activities related to booking, modifying, and supporting customer reservations. This includes creating new bookings, processing changes, handling cancellations, and ensuring accurate documentation of all customer interactions in our systems.

  • Sales and Ancillary Services: Expertly sell flights and ancillary products and services while maintaining a consultative approach that focuses on customer needs. You'll identify opportunities to enhance the customer journey while meeting individual sales targets.

  • Performance Excellence: Maintain KPI performance standards as defined by the CSC, including metrics related to call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, first-call resolution rates, and productivity benchmarks. You'll receive ongoing coaching and support to help you succeed.

  • Problem Resolution: Effectively and efficiently resolve all inquiries, requests, and needs of our customers through consistent standards of service, sales, and operational support. Your problem-solving skills will be key to turning potentially negative situations into positive experiences.

  • System Utilization: Become proficient in working with various CSC systems, programs, and tools including our reservation platforms, customer relationship management systems, and support ticketing applications.

  • Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all interactions are properly documented, and adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements throughout every customer interaction.

Essential Requirements:


  • Successful completion of comprehensive new hire training program (we'll teach you everything you need to know!)

  • Ability to provide a safe and professional workspace, free from background noise and distractions

  • Ability to pass a comprehensive ten (10) year background check

  • Flexibility to work variable hours and respond on short notice as needed

  • Legal eligibility to work in the country where the position is located

  • High-speed internet connection meeting work-from-home technical requirements

  • Complete flexibility to work any shift, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Education and Experience:


  • High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) Diploma required

  • Minimum one (1) year of customer service or sales experience preferred

Technical Competencies:


  • Proficiency with CSC systems including reservation platforms, customer service software, and helpdesk applications

  • Ability to manage continuous calls and digital messages simultaneously

  • Strong capability to navigate complex processes while maintaining exceptional customer interaction quality

  • Skill in handling concurrent digital interactions with multiple customers at once

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and internet browsers

  • Previous sales and call center experience is highly preferred
