What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, no two days are exactly alike. You'll have the opportunity to engage with customers, support store operations, and develop a wide range of skills. Here's what you can expect:


  • Cash Register Operations: Operate the point-of-sale system with accuracy and efficiency, processing transactions, handling cash, credit, and digital payments, and making change quickly and correctly while maintaining a positive attitude.

  • Secure Cash Handling: Perform safe drops as per company policy, maintain proper cash management protocols, and ensure all financial transactions are handled securely and accurately.

  • Fuel Services: Assist customers with fueling their vehicles, operate fuel dispensers safely, and ensure the fuel island area remains clean, organized, and hazard-free.

  • Vehicle Services: Provide window washing services for customers, ensuring their vehicles are clean and presentable before they continue their journey.

  • Merchandising & Restocking: Restock shelves, displays, and coolers with fresh inventory, ensuring products are properly rotated, organized, and visually appealing to customers.

  • Fast Food & Beverage Area Maintenance: Clean and maintain the fast food preparation area and equipment, ensuring food safety standards are met and the area is ready for customer use.

  • General Store Cleanliness: Sweep, vacuum, and clean the store interior, keeping all areas neat, organized, and welcoming. This includes maintaining restrooms, floors, and customer seating areas.

  • Workspace Organization: Keep your work area neat, clean, and organized throughout your shift, contributing to overall store hygiene and efficiency.

  • Exterior Maintenance: Pick up trash in the parking lot and maintain the exterior cleanliness of buildings, islands, fuel pumps, and surrounding grounds.

  • Sales Promotion: Promote the store's buy2 concept and make upsell suggestions to customers, enhancing their shopping experience while driving sales performance.

  • Professional Appearance: Report to work promptly, neatly groomed, and wearing the designated uniform, representing arenaflex with professionalism and pride.

  • Compliance & Safety: Adhere to all company guidelines, policies, and procedures. Report any accidents or incidents to supervisors immediately to ensure a safe working environment.

  • Exceptional Customer Service: Provide outstanding service to every customer. Be courteous, always greet customers with a warm smile, thank them for their visit, and go above and beyond to address their needs.

  • Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by management, supporting the overall success of the store team.
