Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Spanish Bilingual Remote Customer Service Representative to become an integral part of our world-class customer experience team. This is a full-time seasonal position that offers the unique opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home while making a meaningful difference in the lives of consumers navigating the complex world of health insurance enrollment.
In this role, you will serve as the frontline ambassador for arenaflex, handling inbound and outbound communications with professionalism, empathy, and expertise. Your ability to switch seamlessly between English and Spanish will be crucial in serving our diverse member population. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing customer accounts, providing technical support, and guiding applicants through the enrollment process with patience and clarity.
Key Responsibilities
- Inbound and Outbound Call Handling: Manage a high volume of incoming and outgoing customer calls with efficiency and professionalism, ensuring each interaction meets our rigorous quality standards.
- Customer Service Excellence: Deliver the highest level of customer service experience consistently, going above and beyond to exceed customer expectations and create lasting positive impressions.
- Account Management: Manage customer accounts with accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring all information is properly documented and updated in our systems.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support to customers experiencing issues with our online platforms, guiding them through troubleshooting steps and resolving their concerns promptly.
- Application Data Entry: Accurately input and verify customer application data, maintaining data integrity and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Online Chat Support: Respond to online chat inquiries as assigned, providing timely and helpful assistance to customers who prefer digital communication channels.
- Procedure Adherence: Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies precisely, ensuring all interactions comply with industry regulations and company standards.
- Problem-Solving: Apply creative problem-solving skills to address unique customer situations, finding innovative solutions that satisfy customer needs while maintaining compliance.

Essential Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must complete a background check and drug test within 3 days of offer acceptance
- Must have a dedicated, private, and secure workspace free from distractions and background noise
- Must possess a personal device with a functioning camera required for the training period
- Must be committed to full attendance for the paid 3-week training period
- Must have a minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s with ethernet capability
- Must have cable/fiber broadband internet with a hard-wired ethernet connection (not compatible with mobile internet service providers, satellites, Wi-Fi internet access, or Wi-Fi adapters/extenders)
Qualifications and Skills
Required Qualifications
- Computer Proficiency: Moderate to advanced computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple software applications simultaneously.
- Tech Savvy: A high level of comfort learning new technology, with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems, tools, and processes.
- Professionalism: High level of professionalism with exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to represent arenaflex positively in every interaction.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and empathetically.
- Remote Work Readiness: Comfortable working from home with the self-discipline and motivation to succeed in a remote work environment.
- Self-Motivation: Self-motivated and success-driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
Preferred Experience
- Previous experience in customer support or technical support roles
- Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act (ACA)
- Previous experience in a call center environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems and best practices
- Spanish bilingual skills (required for this position)
