Position Overview
arenaflex is currently seeking 2-3 motivated and skilled Customer Service Representatives to join our dynamic client success team. As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our client relationships. This remote position requires individuals with excellent spoken communication skills, a deep understanding of social media marketing, and an unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
This is a part-time opportunity (20 hours per week) that offers flexibility and the chance to work from the comfort of your own home. The position operates Monday through Friday during standard business hours, giving you your weekends free. Key Responsibilities
