As a Customer Support Representative specializing in tax software support, you'll play a vital role in helping taxpayers navigate their filing journey. This seasonal position runs through April 15th, offering you the chance to be part of something meaningful during one of the most important times of the year for millions of Americans.

Our team members provide exceptional support via phone, chat, and video chat, assisting customers with software navigation, locating previous tax returns, and understanding amendment processes. What You'll Do

As a valued member of our customer support team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Technical Navigation Support: Guide customers through the tax software interface, helping them locate features, tools, and functions necessary for successful tax preparation and filing.

  • Return Retrieval Assistance: Assist customers in locating and accessing their previous tax returns, amendments, and related documents within the system.

  • Multi-Channel Communication: Handle customer interactions professionally across multiple channels including phone, chat, and video conferencing, adapting your approach to each customer's preferences.

  • System Navigation: proficiently navigate multiple software systems and applications simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

  • Issue Escalation: Identify situations that require escalation to specialized teams and handle the transition smoothly, ensuring continuity of care for the customer.

Schedule & Compensation Details

Schedule Flexibility:



  • Seasonal contract running through April 15th, 2025

  • Create your own schedule based on availability

  • Hours available between 7:00 AM and 11:00 PM CST, seven days a week

  • Both weekday and weekend shifts available

Competitive Compensation:



  • Earn up to $19 per hour

  • Peak season rates (January through April) range from $16-$19 per hour

  • Non-peak rates range from $15.60-$17.50 per hour

  • Performance-based incentives for team members who exceed key metrics

To ensure you can deliver the exceptional service our clients expect, please ensure you have the following:


  • Personal computer (laptop or desktop—no tablets)

  • Broadband internet connection (minimum recommended 10 MBPS)

  • Wired internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile internet is not permitted for security reasons)

  • Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system

  • Valid, up-to-date antivirus software installed and running

  • USB headset with microphone for clear audio communication

  • Webcam (a webcam will be provided on loan for the duration of your contract)
