What You Will Do: Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to customers and dealers inquiring about our diverse range of finance products. Your primary duties will include:


  • Researching and resolving inbound inquiries from North American customers and dealers via telephone, ensuring each interaction is handled with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. You will serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with finance products, making your role crucial in shaping their perception of arenaflex.
  • Working in night shift operations to support United States customers, with flexible timing that adapts to seasonal business requirements. The standard shift schedule is 6:30 PM to 4:00 AM for approximately eight months and 7:30 PM to 5:00 AM for the remaining four months, providing variety and ensuring optimal coverage during peak business hours in the US.
  • Documenting customer and dealer interactions accurately in our online systems, creating comprehensive records that provide historical context and enable tracking of issue resolution. Your meticulous attention to detail will ensure seamless information flow across departments.
  • Resolving complex and escalated inquiries by making independent business decisions while referencing multiple screens, documents, and systems. You will need to synthesize information quickly and accurately to provide solutions that meet both customer needs and business objectives.
  • Identifying trends and process improvements by analyzing customer feedback and interaction patterns. You will communicate findings to relevant departments to enhance overall service delivery, contributing to organizational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Providing technical support for online platforms, including assisting customers with password resets, navigating arenaflex websites, and troubleshooting technical issues. This aspect of the role requires comfort with technology and the ability to guide customers through step-by-step solutions.
  • Achieving key performance indicators related to quality, effort, productivity, and accuracy. You will maintain high standards while adhering to legal expectations, regulatory requirements, and company procedures in every interaction.

  • Proficient listening and comprehension skills in English, allowing you to accurately understand customer needs, concerns, and inquiries. Strong comprehension will enable you to provide relevant and effective solutions.

  • High level of patience and customer-centricity, enabling you to handle diverse customer scenarios with empathy and professionalism. You must be committed to resolving issues to the customer's complete satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as navigating intranet and internet platforms. Technical competence will enable you to efficiently access information and complete required documentation.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple customer inquiries, systems, and tasks simultaneously while maintaining quality and accuracy.
  • Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills, with the ability to independently gather appropriate information, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions. You should be comfortable making independent decisions that align with company policies and customer needs.
  • Experience with negotiation and conflict resolution, coupled with strong attention to detail and basic mathematical skills. These competencies are essential for handling complex financial inquiries and ensuring accurate transactions.
  • Knowledge of installment, revolving, and leasing finance products is preferred but not mandatory. A willingness to learn and develop expertise in financial products is essential.

Preferred Experience and Background

While we welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds, the following experience will be advantageous:


  • One to three years of experience in Banking and Financial Services Industry customer support, specifically catering to US customers. This exposure provides familiarity with financial terminology, products, and customer expectations.
  • One to three years of experience in customer service or related customer-oriented roles within an International Call Center environment. This experience demonstrates your ability to handle high-volume interactions and adapt to global business practices.
  • One to three years of experience using Excel, Microsoft Word, and other Microsoft tools. Advanced proficiency in these applications will enhance your productivity and effectiveness in the role.
  • Work experience in a collaborative team environment, demonstrating your ability to contribute positively, share knowledge, and support colleagues to achieve common goals.
  • One to three years of experience in transaction data entry and processing, showcasing your attention to detail and ability to handle financial data accurately.

Education Requirements

Candidates should hold a Graduate or Postgraduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university or institution. While specific educational backgrounds in finance, business, or communications are beneficial, we value overall academic achievement and the skills developed through higher education.
