Position Overview: Customer Service Representative – Pharmacy Benefits

We are currently recruiting dedicated Customer Service Representatives to join our Pharmacy Benefit Management team in the Monroeville area. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for members seeking assistance with their prescription drug plans.   • Benefit Explanation and Education: Help members understand their prescription coverage details, including copays, deductibles, formulary tiers, and prior authorization requirements. Your expertise will empower members to make informed decisions about their healthcare.

  • Mail Order Prescription Support: Assist members with navigating our mail-order pharmacy services, guiding them through the process of ordering medications, tracking shipments, and managing their prescription deliveries.

  • Issue Resolution: Address member concerns and complaints with patience and empathy. Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure member satisfaction.

  • Claims and Coverage Assistance: Help members understand their claims status, explain coverage decisions, and guide them through the appeals process when necessary.

  • Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all member interactions in our customer relationship management system, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
