About the Role: Customer Service Representative (Remote – Michigan)

Our accredited Customer Service Representative training program will fully prepare you to serve our customers over the telephone in a professional call-center environment. This is an entry-level position with excellent opportunities for pay increases and promotions within the organization. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your primary focus will be delivering exceptional service to our customers. Here's what a typical day looks like:


  • Answering incoming calls from REALTORS® and homeowners in a professional and courteous manner

  • Listening actively to customer concerns and providing accurate, helpful solutions

  • Documenting call information and maintaining detailed records

  • Navigating multiple systems to access customer information efficiently

  • Escalating complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary

Qualifications & Skills We're Looking For

Essential Requirements



  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)

  • Successful completion of background check and drug screen (required)

  • Strong telephone skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic

  • High integrity and values that align with our company culture

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

  • Reliable home internet connection and appropriate workspace for remote work

  • Ability to work a mid-shift schedule (12:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.) with varying hours

  • Must have open availability to work different shifts as needed

Preferred Experience



  • Previous customer service experience (1+ year preferred)

  • Call center experience (1+ year preferred)
