Your primary responsibility is to ensure that every client receives the support they need quickly, efficiently, and professionally. - Training: Comprehensive paid training is provided to ensure you have the knowledge and skills to succeed. Training consists of eight (8) hours per day for two (2) weeks, giving you a solid foundation in our processes, systems, and client service standards.
- Shift Commitment: A commitment to your chosen shift is required during the 90-day probationary period. This ensures consistency for both you and our clients while you settle into your role.
- Equipment: You will need a quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions, along with the required computer equipment and headset for handling calls.
- Communication: Regular check-ins with supervisors and team meetings via video conferencing will help you stay connected and supported throughout your tenure.
