As a Customer Service Representative and Dispatcher at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in supporting our home delivery services for key clients and local operations. This position requires a skilled professional who can wear multiple hats – from dispatching delivery teams to maintaining positive customer relationships and driving operational efficiency. You'll be the go-to person for coordinating communication between Network Carrier Partners (NCPs), customers, clients, and arenaflex representatives.

You'll be the local arenaflex representative within your market, responsible for fostering a positive image, ensuring adherence to company standards and operating procedures, and upholding the arenaflex culture and values in everything you do.
Key Responsibilities: What You'll Do Every Day

- Communication Coordination: Serve as the central hub for effective communication flow between Network Carrier Partners (NCPs), customers, clients, and arenaflex representatives. You'll ensure everyone stays informed and aligned.
- On-Site Warehouse Support: Provide daily support at warehouse locations to ensure carrier teams adhere to client Statement of Work (SOW) procedures. Your presence will help maintain quality standards and operational consistency.
- Local Market Representation: Act as the local arenaflex ambassador within your market, fostering a positive company image and ensuring adherence to arenaflex standards, operating procedures, and core values.
- Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with specified contract metrics and terms. You'll monitor performance and take corrective action when necessary to maintain service excellence.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain high standards for all operational activities, including monitoring routes, updating delivery status, and handling escalations promptly and professionally.
- Daily Support: Provide ongoing support to contract drivers and customers, addressing their needs, answering questions, and resolving issues as they arise.
- Route Monitoring & Updates: Monitor routes in real-time and provide all interested parties with timely updates related to delivery orders and escalations. Clear communication is key to keeping everyone informed.
- Phone Communication: Handle inbound and outbound calls throughout the scheduled shift. You'll be the voice of arenaflex, providing information, answering inquiries, and delivering exceptional service.
- Truck Operations: Conduct truck check-in and loadout throughout the week. Ensure vehicles are properly loaded, documented, and ready for delivery routes.
