What Will You Do as a Customer Service Associate?
As an arenaflex Customer Service Associate, you will have a very clear and meaningful purpose: to prevent issues, solve queries, and delight our customers throughout Sweden. You'll be the first point of contact for our valued customers, handling their requests through phone, chat, and email channels. Your responsibilities will span a wide range of customer needs, including:
- Order Inquiries: Helping customers track their orders, understand delivery timelines, and resolve any issues related to their purchases.
- Product Questions: Providing detailed information about our products, features, specifications, and helping customers find the right solutions for their needs.
- Payment Matters: Assisting with billing questions, processing payments, handling refunds, and addressing any financial concerns customers may have.
- Website Guidance: Helping customers navigate our digital platforms, troubleshoot technical issues, and make the most of our online services.
- Problem Resolution: Using your critical thinking skills to address complex issues, escalate when necessary, and ensure every customer leaves satisfied.

Our Customer Service Associates use a variety of sophisticated tools to navigate, research, and review solutions while communicating effectively with customers. You'll receive extensive training on all these systems, ensuring you feel confident and prepared from day one.
What Are Your Working Hours?
This role requires flexibility and adaptability, as you'll be working variable hours to match when our customers need us most. You'll handle a mix of late evening and day shifts, with a minimum work week of 40 hours (5 x 8-hour shifts). To meet customer demand, we schedule based on a variety of different shift patterns within the operating hours of 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Monday through Sunday.
You may be required to work on national holidays and Sundays, and you'll be compensated accordingly for these premium hours. We understand the importance of work-life balance, which is why schedules will be known 6 weeks in advance to ensure that your personal life can plan well around your work commitments. You'll learn more about your exact schedule closer to your start date, and our scheduling team will work with you to accommodate your preferences whenever possible.
Basic Qualifications
What qualifications do we need from you? We're looking for candidates who meet the following essential requirements:
- Minimum age of 18 years old
- Have the legal right to work in The Netherlands
- Strong communication skills in Swedish (both written and oral fluency) and basic communication skills in English
- Experience working with a computer and comfortable using various software applications
- The availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM
- Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts, including early shifts, late shifts, weekends, and compensated overtime as required
- Initial four weeks availability for full-time training (paid)
- You'll need a quiet, distraction-free workspace (dedicated office space with a desk and chair)
- From a technical perspective, a minimum 50 Mbps broadband connection speed using a hard-wire ethernet internet connection (no WiFi). We will provide you with a complete equipment package ahead of your first day of training.
