Position Overview

As a Customer Service Associate, Electronics at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in providing an exceptional customer experience while assisting with the general upkeep and operations of our airport retail store. This position requires a dynamic individual who can balance multiple responsibilities, demonstrate strong communication skills, and maintain a positive attitude even in busy, fast-paced environments.

  • Product Knowledge: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the store's merchandise, including features, benefits, and pricing. Stay current on all ongoing promotions, seasonal offers, and loyalty programs to effectively communicate value to customers.
  • Store Maintenance: Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and overall upkeep of the store. This includes organizing displays, arranging merchandise, ensuring shelves are properly stocked, and creating an inviting shopping environment that reflects our brand standards.
  • Inventory Management: Support inventory receiving processes and assist with tracking stock levels. Help ensure products are properly logged, stored, and made available for customer purchase in a timely manner.
  • Backstock Replenishment: Regularly replenish backstock to maintain appropriate merchandise levels on the sales floor. Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs to management to prevent stockouts and ensure product availability.
  • Price Adjustments: Conduct markdowns of merchandise as instructed by management, ensuring proper signage and pricing updates are accurately implemented in accordance with company policies.
  • Opening and Closing Duties: Participate in opening and closing procedures, including securing cash registers, balancing daily receipts, and implementing security protocols to protect company assets and ensure safe store operations.
  • Communication and Reporting: Effectively communicate customer complaints, feedback, and inventory concerns to management in a timely manner. Document issues accurately and work collaboratively to resolve problems and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Keyholder Responsibilities: If identified as a keyholder, additional responsibilities will be assigned, including elevated supervisory duties, cash management oversight, and opening/closing authority.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by management to support store operations and team success.

Essential Qualifications
