What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities
As an Automotive BDC Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving our customer acquisition and retention efforts. - Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone and internet channels, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to exceptional service
- Handle inbound calls with enthusiasm and product knowledge, answering questions about our vehicle inventory, pricing, financing options, and special promotions
- Execute outbound call campaigns to follow up on previous inquiries, nurture leads, and schedule appointments for showroom visits
- Schedule appointments that align with customer preferences and inventory availability, creating seamless transitions from initial contact to showroom visits
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth hand-offs and follow-through, maintaining communication throughout the customer journey
- Utilize CRM tools to track all communications, update customer records, and maintain detailed logs of interactions and outcomes
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly call volume targets and appointment scheduling goals
