As a Customer Engagement Manager, you'll be responsible for setting the standards for customer engagement, ensuring every pet and pet parent has a positive experience in our stores. You'll lead a team of retail and pet care associates who will ensure a safe, clean, and fun environment for our pets and pet parents. Your key responsibilities will include:

**Pet Parent Engagement:** Set the standards for customer engagement, ensuring every pet and pet parent has a positive experience in our stores.
**Associate Leadership:** Lead a team of retail and pet care associates who will ensure a safe, clean, and fun environment for our pets and pet parents.
**Overall Retail Initiatives:** Create an exceptional customer experience by ensuring associates have extensive knowledge of pet solutions and building connections with pet parents.
