As a Customer Experience and Sales Professional, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales experiences to our clients. This will involve:

• Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Building strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
• Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services
• Meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance metrics
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales strategies
• Providing feedback and insights to improve customer experience and sales processes

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• To be at least 18 years old
• To be bilingual (English and Spanish) a plus
• To have a business professional attire
• To have a High School diploma or equivalent
• To pass State Licensing Requirements (if applicable)
• To be available to work Monday - Friday 9-6pm, Saturdays 10-2pm (part-time available)
