What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities
As a key member of the arenaflex technology team, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and optimization of our Customer Data Platform. Your contributions will be vital in ensuring that our internal teams can effectively leverage customer data to drive strategic decisions and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
Platform Management & Development
- Manage and maintain the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Real-time Customer Data Platform to meet evolving business needs and strategic objectives
- Support new development, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of the platform, ensuring optimal performance and reliability
- Lead the design and implementation of robust data segmentation strategies that empower marketing and analytics teams
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure maximum utilization of the platform's capabilities
- Collaborate with Adobe Support and Consulting partners to coordinate product enhancements, implement workarounds, and stay ahead of platform updates
Technical Leadership & Guidance
- Provide expert technical guidance and support to internal agencies regarding segment-building and RT-CDP platform usage
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to the platform and implement effective, scalable solutions
- Collaborate closely with IT and cross-functional teams to align on technology requirements and implementation strategies
- Serve as the primary subject matter expert for Adobe Experience Platform across the organization
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, compelling manner

- Stay current with the latest trends, features, and best practices related to Adobe Experience Platform and customer data management
