Role Overview: Be the First Impression That Matters

As a Customer Assistance Representative at arenaflex, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth and efficient airport operations while delivering outstanding service to our valued customers.   • Queue Management: Effectively manage and organize queuing lines in ticket counter areas, ensuring orderly flow of passenger traffic and minimizing wait times.
