Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-centric Customer Success Advisor to join our arenaflex Business team, specializing in the commercial sector. In this dynamic role, you will work closely with small and medium-sized businesses to provide tailored solutions that enhance their purchasing processes through arenaflex Business. You will play a pivotal role in driving customer engagement, fostering long-term relationships, and contributing to the growth of our B2B services.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of commercial procurement practices, and a genuine passion for helping businesses succeed. You'll be responsible for understanding customer needs, educating them on our platform's features, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities


  • Customer Needs Assessment: Understand customer needs within the commercial sector and provide relevant, customized solutions through arenaflex Business. Conduct thorough assessments of each customer's unique requirements, challenges, and goals to recommend the most appropriate features and services.

  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with decision-makers, procurement managers, and key stakeholders to drive adoption, satisfaction, and loyalty. Serve as the primary point of contact for your assigned portfolio of commercial customers.

  • Platform Education: Educate customers on arenaflex Business features such as bulk purchasing options, analytics tools, approval workflows, and integration capabilities with various procurement systems. Conduct product demos, training sessions, and workshops to ensure customers fully leverage our platform.

  • Growth Opportunity Identification: Identify new opportunities for customer growth and work cross-functionally with sales, product, and technical teams to implement solutions that meet evolving business needs. Develop strategic account plans to maximize customer value and retention.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Education



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). An equivalent combination of education and professional experience will also be considered.

Professional Experience



  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in B2B sales, account management, or customer success. Prior experience working with B2B services, SaaS solutions, or e-commerce platforms is highly advantageous.

  • Demonstrated track record of building and maintaining successful customer relationships in a commercial or enterprise environment.

  • Experience in the commercial sector with a focus on serving small and medium-sized businesses is preferred.

Working Hours and Location
