Your Role
As a Creative Strategist, you’ll turn audience insights into scroll-stopping creative concepts that convert. You’ll own the creative testing roadmap across multiple client accounts — developing ideas, writing sharp briefs, and collaborating with creators and editors to iterate quickly on what performs best.
- This role sits at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and performance, ideal for someone who thrives on mixing storytelling with results.You’ll:
- Lead creative strategy and testing for 3–5 eCommerce brands across Meta, TikTok, and other paid social channels.
- Develop data-backed creative hypotheses, plan structured tests, and iterate quickly to scale what wins.
- Write clear, actionable briefs for creators, editors, and designers — ensuring each asset is crafted with intent.
- Review ad performance and creative metrics to identify patterns and next-round opportunities.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to connect creative insights with campaign KPIs and client goals.
- Maintain a high creative bar while ensuring steady output that meets weekly testing benchmarks.
- You Bring:
- 1–3 years of experience developing and optimizing ad creative for paid social (Meta, TikTok, etc.), ideally in eCommerce.
- Proven track record of producing or directing creative that drives measurable results.
- Strong grasp of ad creative fundamentals — copy, framing, hooks, pacing, and structure.
- Comfort working with and providing feedback to UGC creators, editors, and designers.
- Analytical mindset — able to translate data into actionable creative direction.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
