Position Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Client Relationship Analyst to serve as the single point of contact for our valued clients. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing everyday correspondence with clients, conducting comprehensive program surveys, assisting clients through agreement pharmacy reviews, and delivering program productivity improvements. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues while representing the client's perspective across various internal departments.

This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $32.00 and is based in Florida, USA. This is a full-time opportunity that combines data management, customer support, and healthcare program expertise.

Key Responsibilities


As a Client Relationship Analyst at arenaflex, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and strengthening client relationships by providing exceptional services that address client needs. Your responsibilities will include:


  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing daily correspondence and ensuring timely responses to all inquiries and concerns.

  • Program Support: Conduct program surveys and assist clients through agreement pharmacy reviews, ensuring compliance and optimal program performance.

  • Issue Resolution: Own the end-to-end resolution of questions and issues while demonstrating professionalism and providing the highest level of service consistently.

  • 340B Program Expertise: Act as the knowledgeable authority to drive 340B program advancement opportunities and identify growth areas.

  • Data Analysis: Use cross-functional support teams to request and interpret various data streams, communicating business results and trends that relate to client performance.

  • Process Improvement: Request client feedback and develop process improvement solutions while recommending system enhancements.

  • Client Education: Instruct clients regarding reporting changes and guide them through transitions. Analyze client needs to develop more effective reporting solutions.

  • Audit Support: Provide essential support needed for 340B audits by explaining data movement through various systems and participating in client review processes.

  • Documentation: Maintain records of client interactions, documenting details, complaints, comments, and actions taken. Contact clients to answer inquiries or inform them of investigation results and planned changes.

  • Internal Collaboration: Build and nurture working relationships with internal partners including IT, Stores, Legal, and Sales to facilitate effective information exchange.

  • Industry Knowledge: Maintain current knowledge of the healthcare and pharmacy services industry, utilizing that information to identify ways to improve the 340B program.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:


  • Education: Bachelor's degree OR high school diploma/GED with two (2) years of client or account relationship experience.

  • Problem-Solving Skills: Experience diagnosing, isolating, and resolving moderate to complex business issues, including recommending and implementing effective solutions.

  • Self-Directed Work Style: Experience developing approaches to achieving goals and meeting deadlines with minimal supervision. Ability to work independently, complete goals, and determine when escalation of issues is necessary.

  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills (telephone, one-on-one, and presentations) and excellent written communication (emails, letters, reports, presentations) to various audiences including workgroups, teams, company management, and external clients.

  • Customer Service Excellence: Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction.

  • Presentation Skills: Experience developing and delivering presentations to internal and external audiences.

  • Technical Proficiency:

    • Microsoft Excel: Fundamental level skills including opening workbooks, inserting rows, selecting fonts and sizes, formatting cells as currency, using copy/paste/save functions, aligning text, selecting cells, renaming worksheets, inserting columns, selecting outline styles, inserting worksheets, setting margins, selecting page orientation, using spell check, and printing worksheets.

    • Microsoft PowerPoint: Fundamental level skills including inserting, rearranging, hiding, and deleting slides, navigating between slides, increasing list levels, adding, centering, and editing text, changing views, inserting tables or notes, moving items, printing outline view, and running slide shows.

    • Microsoft Word: Fundamental level skills including opening documents, cutting, pasting, and aligning text, selecting font types and sizes, changing margins and column widths, sorting, inserting shots, pictures, and dates, using find and replace, spell check, track changes, review features, and print capabilities.



  • Travel Availability: Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).

Preferred Qualifications


Candidates with the following qualifications will be given additional consideration:


  • Bachelor's Degree with at least 2 years of client/customer service experience OR High School Diploma/GED with 2 years of client or account relationship experience.

  • Experience working in a client or account management environment.

  • Industry experience in healthcare, including familiarity with 340B programs, pharmacy, hospital, clinic, or PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Management) settings.
