  • *Job Summary:**

We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary focus will be on managing order processing, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.

  • *Responsibilities:**
  • Manage order processing for customers using proprietary order-entry systems, ensuring seamless and efficient order fulfillment.
  • Collaborate with customers, sales representatives, and sales management over the phone and email to resolve queries, provide product information, and address customer concerns.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails from customers, addressing their queries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Work closely with our technical support and collection personnel to expedite orders and resolve customer problems.
  • Process purchase orders and restock inventory in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintain relationships with customers, gather feedback, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Answer pricing and product inquiries, providing accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Execute contract maintenance and inform customers of pricing contract changes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
  • *Requirements:**
  • Excellent telephone skills, with the ability to handle multiple daily telephone calls in a positive and professional manner.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Great follow-up skills, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to write legibly with correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Effective working in teams to achieve departmental objectives.
  • Ability to analyze situations and resolve problems, such as consolidating shipments from various suppliers and ensuring documentation for export is correct.
