As a Chief Human Resources Business Partner at arenaflex, your responsibilities will span the full spectrum of strategic and tactical HR functions. Here's what you can expect:

  • Business Partnership: Establish and maintain deep understanding of the business, building effective and productive working relationships with internal partners and clients. You will serve as the primary HR point of contact for designated business units.
  • Strategic Assessment: Proactively evaluate business and organizational performance to recommend and drive action through a consultative, "influence without authority" approach. Identify opportunities for improvement and partner with leadership to implement solutions.
  • Leadership Coaching: Mentor leaders on HR policies, processes, and management issues, including talent planning, learning and development, employee inclusion and engagement, and performance management to promote a culture of continuous growth and innovation.
  • Innovation Mindset: Rock the boat; pursue various approaches to our work by demonstrating flexibility, agility, simplicity, readiness, and global thinking. Embrace change and help others navigate transitions effectively.
